RainPilot is a veteran-founded, family-owned exterior cleaning and handyman service co-founded by CEO Karina Bernal — a Paraguayan-American realtor and mother of three — and COO TJ McCormack, a U.S. Navy veteran and retired police officer. Together they bring military discipline, real estate expertise, and deep community roots to every project in Central Florida.

TJ McCormack is a U.S. military veteran and retired police officer, now serving as Chief Operating Officer of RainPilot. He brings the same discipline and accountability from his service to every crew, every project, and every customer interaction. TJ is a Lifetime Member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
From gutter cleaning and guard installation to downspout repairs and exterior water management, there is not a challenge TJ has not solved. His crews do not just follow instructions — they follow an example set by someone who has done every job himself.

Karina Bernal is the CEO and co-founder of RainPilot LLC, bringing a rare combination of business acumen, community roots, and real estate expertise to the company. Born in Paraguay and now proudly calling Central Florida home, Karina built her career understanding what homeowners truly need — and what they deserve.
As a licensed local realtor, Karina knows firsthand how curb appeal, clean exteriors, and well-maintained gutters protect property values. She brings that perspective to every RainPilot client relationship — connecting the dots between a clean home and a smart investment.
A mother of four (three boys, one girl, and one very enthusiastic Dalmatian), Karina leads with warmth, precision, and an immigrant's drive to build something lasting. She is the reason RainPilot shows up on time, communicates clearly, and treats every customer like a neighbor.
